NukeRecruit (“we”) is a specialized recruiting firm. This page explains how we handle information you send through nukerecruit.com.

What we collect. Name, email, whether you are an employer or a candidate, a message, and — for candidates — experience, target role, and a resume (.pdf, .doc, or .docx).

How we use it. To respond to you, evaluate candidates for permanent nuclear roles, and run client searches. We do not sell your information. We do not use resumes for marketing lists.

Where it is stored. Google Workspace (email, Drive, and a private spreadsheet). Files are type-checked and never executed. Employer notes go to info@nukerecruit.com. Candidate materials go to candidates@nukerecruit.com.

Sharing. Candidate materials are shared with a client employer only when we are presenting you for a specific search. We do not post resumes publicly.

Retention and deletion. We keep submissions while a search is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Email info@nukerecruit.com to access or delete your information.
